Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Purchasing with Confidence

    Purchasing a sculpture is a meaningful decision. At JB Green Sculptor every effort is made to ensure that collectors understand the artwork, delivery process, and return terms before completing their purchase.

   Each sculpture is carefully prepared for transport according to its size, weight, materials, and destination. Because these sculptures are substantial, one-of-a-kind works of art, shipping and returns require more planning than an ordinary retail purchase.

    Additional photographs, close-up details, measurements, video, and other digital viewing aids are available upon request to help you evaluate a sculpture with confidence.  Questions are always welcome before purchase. Please, contact JB Green Sculptor with any questions about a sculpture or its delivery.​

1. Shipping Within the Continental United States

Shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States is included in the listed purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Most sculptures are shipped by motor freight in a custom-built wooden crate secured to a pallet. The shipping method and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the size of the artwork and the buyer’s location. Direct personal delivery may be available for certain purchases, particularly within the greater New Orleans and southeastern Louisiana region.

2. Returns

A sculpture may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The artist must be contacted before the sculpture is returned.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping, freight, crating, insurance, and handling costs.

  • The sculpture should be returned using its original crate and pallet whenever possible.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

3. Restocking Fees

The applicable restocking fee and any outstanding return-related charges will be deducted from the refund.

4. Damage During Delivery

Please inspect the shipping container and sculpture as soon as the delivery arrives.

  • Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, when possible.

  • Photograph the crate, pallet, packaging, labels, and damaged areas.

  • Notify both the freight carrier and JB Green Sculptor immediately.

  • Preserve all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.

Photographs and details may be sent by text or email. Prompt notice is important because freight carriers may impose short deadlines for reporting damage.

5. Questions Before Purchasing

Collectors are encouraged to request additional photographs, close-up details, measurements, video, or other digital materials before completing a purchase.
